About First Aid Training - Lincoln

First Aid Lincoln provides a range of regulated qualifications and non-regulated courses within First Aid. Our company, based in Saxilby Enterprise Park, Lincoln, offers a wide range of training courses to ensure your company, your organisation and yourself can comply with the First Aid at Work laws and regulations – or simply to be suitably trained for your own personal benefit and that of your friends.

The team is headed by Michael Ginty, who has been at the forefront of the business and the training lead in First Aid Lincoln for many years. In fact, Mick’s experience in first aid training stems back almost 30 years when he became a qualified instructor with the British Army. Mick gained hands-on experience in administering first aid across the globe as a team medic: first qualifying as an instructor in 1990. A qualified emergency medical technician (EMT) with a professional teaching qualification, Mick has also spent 13 years working in secondary education delivering outdoor education and first aid training to staff and students across a variety of school, college and university locations within Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. As a current Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) assessor, he also has experience in first aid whilst operating with students in remote areas: thus gaining valuable experience in activity first aid and being able to instruct in this subject, for many outbound or outdoor activity groups. With experience in Policing, Military, Olympic Games Organisation, Swimming and Scuba instruction and having received Graduate Management Training from a top 100 company – without doubt we can offer the confidence you need in the professionalism and skills we offer!

Our team has a vast range of experience within many different business types and industries, both nationally and around the immediate Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire area, therefore are able to understand and adapt to your training needs. We can create an environment where a single person can be instructed in first aid, in addition to group course's. We can, of course, deliver training within your own environment or premises, in addition to us providing our own training room for candidates. We are very flexible and key to our training is to ensure the minimum disruption and cost to your business.

Whilst a Lincoln-based first aid training provider, we regularly deliver first aid training courses in Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Sheffield, Worksop, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and other East Midland areas. We have contracts in various other nationwide locations and can normally meet your requirements in most locations nationwide.
